Years ago, I coached the throwing team at a college that had won back to back National titles. My athletes had great technique, so we focused a lot on building their strength and improving their explosive power.
When I began training in Weightlifting, I took the Barbell Program I had written and modified it to include more squats, snatches and clean + jerks. Two years after founding The Strength Agenda and working with hundreds of lifters in my weekly classes and in my private training group, I’ve further refined the program.
And now, because I want to see you get stronger, I’ve decided to share it — for FREE. This is a baseline program for anyone looking to get stronger. It’s a hybrid mix of powerlifting, and body building staples, supplemented with the occasional snatch and clean + jerk. It’s appropriate for any level lifter.
