Whenever someone shows me a stretch or recovery tip that I think is absolute gold I want to share it with you all. Tim Rawlings is a new lifter on Team MDUSA and showed me a great glute hip stretch using bands. After the first time I tried this stretch I felt like I could get deeper in the catch and my hips felt great. Couple this with a wall stretch and your hips will thank you. Remember that bands are using in conjunction with stretching to not only stretched the desired muscle but to also open up the particular joint capsule allowing for better range of motion.
