Much like our pizza soup, this recipe sounds strange, but is insanely good. It’s a twist on your mom’s basic meatloaf recipe, but is gluten-free and fairly low in carbs. By mixing ground beef and sausage, you get flavors reminiscent of a meaty pizza, and the onions and peppers offer a satisfying crunch like a supreme pizza. Give this one a try. You won’t be disappointed.
